Return and Shipping  Policy

RETURN POLICY 
When purchasing any of our clothing and accessories please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Products are sold "as is" and are subject to imperfections as is the nature of vintage and thrifted clothing.  

48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY 
Exchanges are handled on a CASE BY CASE BASIS and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. A
ll sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Clothing can be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Purchases made using a special promotion may be returned for store credit only minus a restock fee of 10%.

SHIPPING

Jo & Ivy is not responsible for lost packages after items have been scanned and in the possession of the shipping carrier. Regular shipping DOES NOT include insurance. Should you request it, insurance can be provided at an added cost, prior to completing your purchase via our contact us page. Jo & Ivy is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages after items have been scanned and in the possession of the shipping carrier. By purchasing an item you agree and understand this shipping policy. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance. As we are not a shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLED ORDERS
We do not accept cancelled orders.

RESTOCK FEE
All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.

STORE CREDIT
Your store credit is good for 90 Days after date of issue. Store credit will be issued out within 72 Hours once your return has been processed.
